The service

AI Connect Hub connects marketing accounts you already own to an AI assistant of your choice, so you can ask questions about your own data. By using the service you confirm that you have the right to access every account you connect, and that you will not connect an account belonging to someone else without their permission.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your connector URL

Your connector URL works like a password: anyone who has it can read the data from the tools you have connected. Keep it private. If it is ever exposed, replace it immediately from the Account page, which makes the old URL stop working.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to breach the terms of Google, Microsoft or any other provider whose account you connect, to attempt to access data that is not yours, or to place automated load on the service beyond normal use.

Beta

The service is currently in free beta. There is no charge and no payment details are collected. Features may change while we are in beta, and we may introduce paid plans in future — if we do, we will tell you before anything becomes chargeable.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party APIs from Google and Microsoft, which may change, rate-limit or become unavailable outside our control.

Your data

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect any tool, or delete your account and all associated data, at any time.

Ending your use of the service

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that places the service or other users at risk.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Satvik Infotech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of data returned through the service. Always verify figures in the source platform before relying on them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
